Fees

I offer a free, no obligation, initial consultation where I can give you a good idea of how strong your case is and what the likely outcome will be.

Should you decide to engage my services my standard fee is $300.00 plus GST per hour.

I know that spending a lot of money on a lawyer is a scary prospect for many so I am happy to discuss alternative fee arrangements that better suit your circumstances. That might include:

Partial payment of my fees with the remainder paid on settlement
Discounted hourly rate
No resolution, no fee arrangement in certain cases

I am an approved legal aid provider so we can assess whether you might be eligible for legal aid support.

The most important thing for me is that I don't want my fees to be a barrier to you enforcing your legal rights.
